Active Week

This week was active week in Ladyswell National School. We took part in lots of fun activities. Here are some of our highlights!

We took a poll when we were back in class. The roundabout was definitely our favorite playground game!

Our sponsored walk. Junior Infants to Second class all took part in a sponsored school walk. We raised lots of money for the school and had a lovely walk on Thursday!

Active week was lots of fun :)

Growing Sunflowers

Room 3 were busy this term growing sunflowers! We planted them weeks ago and have been taking great care of them since. They need lots of sunlight, water and care :) All of the flowers have gone home now to grow even taller!

After planting our seeds, we watered them every day and put them in the yard so they can soak up the sunshine!

We were so excited to see the sprouts start to grow.
